Tense, bright orchard fruits on nose. Green apple, wild pear, lemon citrus.
An elegant bees-wax aromatic note, slightly chamomile. The palate is vibrant and taut with bright, vital fruit following the nose precisely.
Long finish – it’s freshly-picked apples for days.
Clean, very elegant, juicy style.

A great wine on its own. Ideal with fresh fish and shellfish, especially white meaty fish such as turbot. A great partner to a herby roast chicken, with simple fresh green salads and light nibbles, or a creamy mushroom dish. Sings with a soft goats cheese.
