Standard deliveries will take place Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Online orders can currently only be processed for delivery to UK mainland addresses; some exclusions apply.

For all other addresses, delivery queries or if urgent delivery is required, please contact us by email on hello@artelium.com or call us on +44 1273 569155 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) where we will be happy to help with your enquiry.

Gift cards are sent out by Royal Mail first class post throughout the UK.

Delivery FAQ

How will my wine be delivered?

All wine is delivered by courier service and deliveries will take place Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.

What if I am not in?

At checkout, we will ask for any special delivery instructions that will be passed on to our courier service.

If the courier is unable to successfully deliver, they will either leave the Customer’s Order in a safe place or leave instructions for to re-booking delivery. A signature will be required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable form of ID, which the Customer must be ready to present on delivery of all Orders. If the courier is unable to deliver the Order due to the Customer being unable to comply with these requirements for any reason, additional charges may become payable by the customer to the courier company for re-delivery.

Can I order as a gift?

Yes, when you checkout you will be given the opportunity to indicate if the wine is a gift. If so, we will not include the packing slip, but we will include your optional gift message.
