WINE CLUB FAQs

  • Each membership offers regular scheduled deliveries of Artelium’s English still and sparkling wines, alongside member benefits such as complimentary UK delivery, priority access to new releases, and invitations to selected events. Higher tiers include curated gifts and private tour experiences.
    Discounts apply to both shipment pricing and additional wine purchases.

  • Your chosen tier determines how many shipments (and therefore bottles) that you receive each year. Wines are selected seasonally, and Pay-As-You-Go memberships allow you to customise your case before each delivery. Annual memberships offer curated selections.

  • Yes, members of the Artelium Club and the Pay-As-You-Go option within the Artelium Collective can choose their wines before each shipment. Our Collective Reserve tier is fully curated by our team, showcasing limited releases and estate favourites.

  • Depending on your membership tier, shipments are sent twice, four times, or six times per year. We email members ahead of each delivery with details of the upcoming wines and any customisation options available.

  • Pay-As-You-Go memberships can be cancelled with one month’s notice. Annual membership tiers run for the full year and are not eligible for cancellation or pausing during the membership term.

  • Yes, our annual Artelium Collective membership is a considered gift for wine lovers. It includes curated cases, member benefits, and exclusive event invitations. Gift memberships can be sent directly to the recipient with a personalised message.

  • Yes, members can request to upgrade or adjust their tier. Tier changes take effect from the next shipment cycle and are subject to availability.

  • Many of our sparkling wines and selected still wines are suitable for ageing. Members receive guidance with each shipment on peak drinking windows and recommended cellaring.

  • Our team is here to help with any membership or delivery queries. You can contact us at hello@artelium.com or by calling the estate during opening hours. We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly.

  • If your details change, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll update your membership information ahead of your next shipment. Please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, delayed or with any items missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and arrange replacements where needed.
