THE COLLECTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

There is no fee to join The Collective wine club.

We simply ask for your commitment to receive three mixed cases of Artelium wines per year (one in March, one in June, one in November). On these shipments you will receive a 15% discount. On all additional wine purchases, you will benefit from a 10% discount*

Payment is taken prior to the shipment of each case each on 1st March, June and November, starting when you join. Once payment has cleared, your wine will be shipped. Wine will be dispatched to the address given at sign up.

You may cancel at any time, but must do so one full calendar month ahead of a scheduled payment. Please email hannah@artelium.com to cancel.

Members of The Collective must be over 18 years of age and UK resident. Complimentary delivery to UK addresses is included in The Collective membership – if you live outside of the UK, please contact us before signing up, for a shipping quotation.

 On completing the membership sign-up form on our website you will receive an email with a link to GoCardless, the system used to process your direct debit details. Please click on the link and complete the form, using your billing details. Should your shipping address and billing address differ, please let us know.

GoCardless are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide payment services as an Authorised Payment Institution. All money collected is held in a secure client monies account with either the Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank or SEB before being paid out to the merchant (Artelium). On sign up, you agree to receive emails including important information about The Collective shipments as well as events, offers and new releases. If you leave The Collective, your email address will be removed from these mailing lists.

After we receive your payment details, our team will confirm your membership number and the details of your first delivery.
