THE ARTELIUM WINE CLUB - TERMS & CONDITIONS (All Membership Tiers)
Membership Overview
There is no fee to join an Artelium Wine Club membership. By joining, you agree to receive the number of wine shipments associated with your chosen tier. Shipments are delivered directly to the address provided at sign-up, and complimentary UK delivery is included for all members.
Members must be over 18 years of age and UK residents. If you live outside the UK, please contact us before signing up so we can provide a shipping quotation.
Membership Tiers & Payments
Artelium offers three membership tiers:
The Artelium Club – Pay-As-You-Go
The Artelium Collective – Pay-As-You-Go or Annual
The Artelium Collective Reserve – Annual
Pay-As-You-Go Memberships (Club & Collective)
Payment is taken prior to each shipment. You will be notified by email ahead of each billing date. Once payment has cleared, your wine will be dispatched.
Annual Memberships (Collective & Reserve)
Annual memberships are charged in full at sign-up. Wines are then shipped according to the schedule for that tier. Annual memberships run for 12 months from the date of joining and are non-refundable.ment has cleared, your wine will be shipped. Wine will be dispatched to the address given at sign up.
Discounts & Member Benefits
Member discounts apply to additional wine purchases made by active members:
The Artelium Club: 10% off wine
The Artelium Collective: 15% off wine
The Artelium Collective Reserve: 15% off wine
All tiers receive 10% off food and drink onsite, complimentary UK delivery on all wine purchases, and access to member communications and events.
Discounts cannot be applied to already discounted products and are subject to availability.
Delivery
Wine will be delivered to the address provided during sign-up unless otherwise arranged with the team. Please notify us of any address changes at least 7 days before a scheduled shipment. If a delivery fails due to incorrect or outdated information, further delivery charges may apply.
Cancellations & Changes
Pay-As-You-Go Memberships (Club & Collective)
You may cancel your membership at any time with one full calendar month’s notice before a scheduled payment. To cancel, please email info@artelium.com.
Annual Memberships (Collective & Reserve)
Annual memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded during the 12-month term. You may choose not to renew at the end of the membership period.
Payment Processing
PAY-AS-YOU-GO: Upon completing the membership sign-up form, you will receive a link to set up your Direct Debit via GoCardless, our secure payment provider.
If your billing and shipping addresses differ, please notify us.
GoCardless is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide payment services as an Authorised Payment Institution. Funds are held in a secure client monies account before being paid to Artelium.

You may cancel at any time, but must do so one full calendar month ahead of a scheduled payment. Please email info@artelium.com.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Payment is made at point of joining via our webshop and uses payment processor, Stripe.
