1 × 75cl Artefact #7 - Motley Wild - A soft, elegant and thoughtful natural ferment of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Gris. This wine displays creamy, textured layers of red and yellow stone fruit. The medium-refreshing acidity balancing beautifully with the stone fruit flavours.

1 × 75cl Artefact #8 - Skinny Gris - A characterful dry orange rosé, the twelve days of skin-contact creating bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing.

1 × 75 cl Artefact #9 - Cabaret Noir - A lively and generous wine crafted from a single parcel of Cabaret Noir grapes harvested in 2023. A rich, deep wine despite our cool English climate: producing notes of black cherries, plums, cedar and ground paprika. Six months of ageing in American and Burgundian barriques adds a richness and complexity.

1 × 75cl Artefact 10 - Lil’ Dizzy - A playful yet refined lightly sparkling wine crafted from Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Divico. On the nose, expect sweet-sour cherries, crushed raspberries and rose petals. The palate bursts with crunchy Granny Smith apple, tart red berries, rhubarb tang and a whisper of umami with smoked wood on the finish.

The Labels

The Baron Gilvan worked with us on the labels, creating oil-stick-on-paper drawings inspired by each wine’s name, qualities and colours. From his first sketches emerged a jazz band of curious animal–human hybrids in an imagined underground cabaret — ‘wild ferment’ sparking the creatures, and ‘Cabaret Noir’ the instruments and performers. Each palette mirrors the wine’s personality: deep burgundy for Cabaret Noir, zesty orange for Skinny Gris, blanched green for Motley Wild, and bright pink for Lil’ Dizzy.
