A soft, elegant and thoughtful natural ferment of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Gris. This wine displays creamy, textured layers of red and yellow stone fruit. The medium-refreshing acidity balancing beautifully with the stone fruit flavours

A characterful dry orange rosé, the twelve days of skin-contact creating bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing.
1 x 75cl Artefact #9 - Cabaret Noir
A lively and generous wine crafted from a single parcel of Cabaret Noir grapes harvested in 2023. A rich, deep wine despite our cool English climate: producing notes of black cherries, plums, cedar and ground paprika. Six months of ageing in American and Burgundian barriques adds a richness and complexity.

A playful yet refined lightly sparkling wine crafted from Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Divico. On the nose, expect sweet-sour cherries, crushed raspberries and rose petals. The palate bursts with crunchy Granny Smith apple, tart red berries, rhubarb tang and a whisper of umami with smoked wood on the finish.
