A characterful dry orange rosé, the twelve days of skin-contact creating bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing.

A lively and generous English red wine crafted from a single parcel of Cabaret Noir grapes harvested in 2023. A rich, deep wine despite our cool English climate: producing notes of black cherries, plums, cedar and ground paprika. Six months of ageing in American and Burgundian barriques adds a richness and complexity.
